Contact points will be setup soon, for anyone else that wishes to share their experience!<br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk\/company\/04120661\">Moorview Care Limited Companies House Profile<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cqc.org.uk\/location\/1-111184379\">Moorview Care (North Yorks) CQC Profile<\/a> (Currently Outstanding, although they are definitely overdue for an inspection).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Some key facts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The company do not respect agency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company do not respect capacity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company do not respect autonomy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company cannot give you access to your (or your family&#8217;s) care notes electronically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company retaliate when you complain or raise concerns with the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company reject your care package when you talk to CQC with concerns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They update their policies when confronted on issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They go silent when they do not agree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They don&#8217;t give you concrete facts and information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They force their decisions and actions upon you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will not tell you about company wide changes, you&#8217;ll find out about those from Facebook announcements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will ban you from their social media once they dismiss you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company do not embody the values (Trust, Be Kind, Respect, Learn, Work together) they claim to represent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will plaster people they support all over social media and use their stories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will give you an award for attending their summer barbecue, that is meaningless and invalidates any of your (or your family member&#8217;s) actual achievements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This page is (obviously) not an official Moorview Care page.
