Some key facts:
- The company does not respect agency.
- The company does not respect capacity.
- The company do not respect autonomy.
- The company cannot give you access to your (or your family’s) care notes electronically.
- The company retaliate when you complain about problems at the company.
- The company reject your care package when you talk to CQC with concerns.
- They update their policies when confronted on issues.
- They go silent when they do not agree.
- They don’t give you concrete facts and information.
- They force their decisions and actions upon you.
- They will not tell you about company wide changes, you’ll find out about those from Facebook announcements.
- They will ban you from their social media once they dismiss you.
- The company do not embody the values (Trust, Be Kind, Respect, Learn, Work together) they claim to represent.
- They will plaster people they support all over social media and use their stories.
- They will give you an award for attending their summer barbecue, that is meaningless and invalidates any of your (or your family member’s) actual achievements.
