So today, I had a rather interesting discovery. Since I know that one of the clusters is leaving, I sent him a message thanking him for everything.
However, I do not believe it ended up where it was supposed to, because I get an out of office auto reply from the chief exec.

Either messages from one of our email addresses are being split routed and all dumped in JWC’s inbox, or they’re mirroring/forwarding certain people’s incoming messages. One is certainly more nefarious than the other.
I mean if it’s the first, what on earth do they think I’m going to do, email a staff member and ask for a good time, or something? Honey. I have some standards you know… (well, except for that uhm… less than tasteful screw you email I sent the first night Moorview dismissed me. I’m a human and I have reactions 😘)
If it’s the second, well. That gives me all kinds of ick, but at least it was bumblingly incompetently done if so, because it was so detectable?
Given I don’t have any access to MVC systems, I cannot answer definitively which is true. Either way, there are shenanigans afoot.
But hey, JWC, I guess you got to see what a positive goodbye looks like, even if it never did get to it’s intended recipient.
This is the message I sent:
Thank you… for everything. I still don’t know how you did it. Social services had my words, but they listened to you.
I couldn’t have asked for a more caring and compassionate cluster manager to work with, than you.
I wish you the best for the future.
I hope our paths cross again some day.
Kindest regards,
Jessica
At least if it’s posted here, it might actually have a chance of being seen by the intended recipient. 🥰
