Nicki: “I don’t want to leave you without no support Jessica I absolutely don’t want to do that. […] I want to work with you. I want to be able to fix this for you. I am the fixer. People say to me, Nicki Dixon will fix it […] You are you not going to wake up tomorrow to that your package has ended.

Jessica: Because I know that’s happened to me before.

Nicki: Well Jessica you’re dealing with me now and I don’t do things like that.

Yet you did do that. So it stands to reason Nicki (Director Of Operations) that all your words are totally meaningless. Why would anyone believe you?

All because I took exception to the Registered Manager taking me out of decisions about myself (she certainly does like to “inform” rather than discuss) and then nobody being up front with what actually went wrong.

Heck, I still don’t think you understand. It’s not mistakes, people, hours or funding. It’s because Jennifer (the Registered Manager) decided, entirely of her own volition she had low management hours. And rather than approaching me like I’m a human being, or even asking my support to communicate with me to figure out what I could change to help, that didn’t happen. And then she lied about it.

So after the advert and you not consulting me about that either, that shows to me exactly how you manage clients. You manage them, rather than consult. That’s not very “person centred” in my opinion. So when I exercised my right to talk to the CQC with concerns… after you tried to replace the “offer” of independent third party mediation with your own on staff senior HR management because an independent would have taken 6 months?

You’re full of it. Especially now considering all that you’ve done? My complaint was upheld. Jennifer shouldn’t have made sweeping decisions without talking to me (or anyone else) on multiple occasions and it seems you didn’t learn anything from that either?

Oh, and yes. You did say I could work with the Cluster Manager over the 6 month interim period, if he had enough time, which is why I asked him.
